I had a fantastic vacation here in a spacious and lovely room.

Courteous and nice staff, free concierge service, wake up service, and ironing available. Stunning and super position in the very quiet area, next to the Barcelo Puerto Vallarta, Barcelo and the restaurant. Again, 15 minutes walk from Waves Indoor Waterpark...

The location was great and amazing, really close to the Barcelo Puerto Vallarta, the restaurants, and the grounds.

This venue boasts a stunning location with amazing views, and conveniently has private parking available on-site.

Very nice property - relaxing and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and very comfortable. Food was tasty and the drinks were plenty. Great vacation spot.

Away from downtown and traffic - very tropical.

The rooms here are spacious and come with two separate bedrooms, plus the views are fantastic, just like they promised! 🌅.

The salad and fruit selection were great and the staff that prepared food in front of you were engaging and talented. The location was fantastic as I was doing a lot of scuba diving and the dive boats were literally right on the beach front.

There was an issue with a foul smell coming out of the bathroom sink whenever the hot water was turned on.

This hotel features spacious rooms with two double beds and two bedrooms, and the pool bar serves delicious food and drinks.

For a buffet the food was good, the waiters were very attentive. One could easily get free deck chairs everywhere and the rooms are very spacious.

The furniture was a bit old and I personally did not like it.

The premium deluxe suite features a comfortable bed, an electronic key card for convenience, and coffee and tea making facilities, along with a work desk. the setting is beautiful and close to Barcelo, making it easy to access the restaurant and shop before enjoying the resort. its location offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle.

I liked the updated and clean room with a TV. the hotel has a great location and the staff were really nice and polite all the time. 🌟
